Sophie Giraudel provides corporate compliance auditing, ISO standard testing, and quality assurance verification for heavy manufacturing facilities. Our engagements cover document review, on-site process inspection, and corrective action tracking. Services are delivered under a written agreement that defines the audit scope, timeline, and reporting format before work begins.
The client must provide accurate documentation, unrestricted access to relevant production areas, and a designated contact person for audit coordination. Any limitation on access or incomplete records must be disclosed before the audit starts. Failure to provide required materials may result in rescheduling or an adjusted scope of work.
Our audit reports reflect conditions observed during the engagement period and are based on the information provided. Sophie Giraudel is not liable for operational losses, production downtime, or regulatory penalties arising after the audit date. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific audit engagement in question.
All client records, production data, and audit findings are treated as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except where required by Malaysian law or with explicit written consent. Audit documentation is retained for a period of three years and then securely destroyed.
Either party may terminate an audit engagement with seven days written notice. If termination occurs after on-site work has begun, the client is responsible for work completed up to the termination date. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded within thirty days of the termination notice.
Sophie Giraudel may revise these terms to reflect changes in auditing standards or regulatory requirements. Updated terms are published on this page and take effect thirty days after posting. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
